Google Takes Over the World

So there's been a lot of talk recently about Google's WiFi experiments, buying up huge amounts of dark fibre (fiber), investing in internet over power line technology companies etc etc, and people speculating on the future company direction. Free internet access for everyone, location based adverts at hotspots, attempting to control the whole internet thingy majiggy are just some of the theories.

Luckily, none of them are correct - The Onion, using the latest techniques in advanced journalism and fact finding, have found out Google just wants to control all the information in the world. So breathe easy. I'm glad Google promised to not be evil, otherwise we could be in real trouble......
