Alfa's Coming Here (allegedly, again)

I'll have to wait and see before I believe this one, coz I got excited a few times before, but it's definitely being talked about again. And if they do come, it can't be a bad thing - it might definitely be a case where I consider a lease instead of a purchase to counteract the high depreciation and it falling apart after a couple of years (if they still do that - I know they used to...)
