Rough Ride

Don't get on the wrong side of the NYPD (and note to NYPD person - you probably should check for passers by with video cameras before you try this again).

Reports are stating that the cop has been put on desk duty pending further enquiries, and there's also reports the guy on the bike actually got arrested and held for 26 hours after his little "accident".
