Sales 101

This post is especially for my gorgeous wife, who spends more time in sales than I think she'd prefer (but she's damn good at it if the commission checks and rewards are anything to go by).

Basically, what upper management does is sit around and decide that in order to increase sales, they need more cold calls, more meetings and bigger pipelines. Pure genius.
